License Agreement

The contents of this package are licenced, not sold to you by SYSTEMATIC SOUNDS. Ownership remains with SYSTEMATIC SOUNDS. Copying, duplication, lending or re-selling of this product or its contents in whole or in parts are strictly prohibited. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who has purchased a registered and lawfully made release of the product from a dealer or a distributor authorized as a partner with SYSTEMATIC SOUNDS. All samples remain the property of SYSTEMATIC SOUNDS and are licensed only for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative musical work created by the licensed end user. You are not allowed to electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time/file -sharing or public computer/sampler network or something similar to that.This license expressly forbids resale, rental, loan, gift or transfer of these samples in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivitive musical work. The sample may not be included, whether unmodified or as part of a derivitive work, in any musical library or sample library product. Any unlicensed usage will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible by law. Licensor will not be responsible if the sound samples do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. The sound samples are licensed 'as is' without warranties of any kind.Neither the producer, not SYSTEMATIC SOUNDS can be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever form. All rights of the producer and the owner of the work are reserved. Unauthorized duplication of this package is a violation of applicable laws.
